What changes the number
Stone worktops, specialist veneers, and buildings without lift access raise labour. Painted fronts in deep colours may need an extra coat. Sliding hardware costs more than standard hinges.
If we must wait for plumbers between carcass and worktop, the calendar stretches; the fee stays tied to joinery scope unless the delay forces a second mobilisation.
Travel and access
Central Porto measure fees cover the listed districts. Buildings without lift access may add a carrying surcharge noted on the quote when panels exceed stair limits.
Payment rhythm
Typical split: deposit to reserve workshop time, mid payment when carcasses are cut, balance on fit completion. Invoices list VAT as required under Portuguese rules.
