From first call to fitted run

We keep the path short: listen on site, confirm timber and fronts, cut in the workshop, then fit in a compact window so your kitchen or bedroom stays usable.

No long paper theatre — you get clear drawings of the run, a fee line, and dates that respect building rules for noise in shared stairwells.

Steps we follow

1. Site measure and photo record of walls, sockets, and access routes.
2. Carcass and front proposal with timber choices and a EUR fee.
3. Workshop cut and finish; you approve a sample door if colour is new.
4. Delivery in sized panels; assembly and scribing on site.
5. Handover with care notes and a touch-up pot for the finish used.

Time on site

A short kitchen run often fits in two to three workdays after manufacture. Tall wardrobe walls may need an extra morning for scribing to cornice and adjusting sliding tracks.

We protect floors with boards and keep the stair clear at lunch. In Ribeira buildings with thin walls we avoid late evening drilling.

What you provide

Clear access, a decision on front colour before cutting, and contact details for the building manager if a lift key is required. Gas or electrical moves stay with licensed trades; we coordinate openings in the carcasses around their work.

If renovation dust is still settling, we wait for a clean measure. Cutting to dirty, unfinished plaster wastes timber.

Aftercare

Within the first month we return once for hinge and runner adjustments as timber settles to your indoor humidity. Later repairs are priced as small workshop jobs.
