JOI-05Measure before a single sheet is cut
We visit with a laser, a long tape, and a notebook for quirks a photo misses: bowed walls, soft floors, and door swings that clash with future drawers. Porto apartments reward patience at this stage.
Lift and stair clearances are logged the same day. If panels cannot travel as drawn, we revise the cut list in the workshop — not on your landing with a saw.
What the measure pack includes
You receive a simple plan of the wall run, heights at left and right, socket positions, and notes on services. It is not a full architectural set; it is enough for us to price and cut accurately.
If you already hold an engineer’s plan, we still verify on site. Plaster layers and tile build-ups often differ from the drawing by more than a millimetre that matters for doors.
Scheduling across central Porto
Morning slots suit quieter buildings near Santa Catarina. Afternoon visits work for Foz when traffic eases. We ask for 60–90 minutes of clear access and a parking tip if the street has limited loading.
A measure can stand alone if you only need dimensions for another maker; most clients roll the fee into a full joinery order once the brief is confirmed.
